Mission Statement

CASA of Fresno and Madera Counties - Court Appointed Special Advocates is a 501(c)3 community-based private non-profit organization whose mission is to recruit, train, and support citizen volunteers to advocate and speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the Child Welfare and Juvenile Court systems.
